STILL THOUGHTS
The Cartoon Version
Translated by E E Ho and W.L. Rathje
Drawings by Tsai Chih-chung; coloring by May E. Gu

The Buddha says:

Anything that we want in this world

will become a source of suffering.

Some people can let go of things while others cling to things. Attachment to things brings a lot of pain.

Giving is receiving.

What do you receive?

you receive happiness.

A couple just got married at the Abode of Still Thoughts.

Man and wife are "two birds in the same tree." Since you have the deep karma to get married, from now on you should cherish this meaningful relationship. With one mind and one will, you should build a bodhisattva family together.
