Tuan Ghouse Arfin helped Tzu Chi purchase and transport local rive to survivors
of the tsunami in Sri Lanka. He visited Tzu Chi headquarters at the Chinese New
Year. He embraced volunteer Yen Sheng-yen and said, "You're my
friend," and Yen replied, "You're my family."
