Hearing that Tzu Chi was providing a free medical clinic, many tsunami victims
traveled great distances and stood in long lines to receive a health check-up.
The number of patients quickly went from several hundred to over a thousand each
day. With help from local interpreters, doctors, nurses and volunteers are able
to deliver their assistance to the full.
