Hu Yu-shiu, a Taiwanese who lives in Iran, borrowed an empty lot from a friend in Bam for Tzu Chi volunteers to set up camp. The three tents are not only the volunteers' residences, but also serve as the clinic for Kuo and Tu in the evening.
