Since July 2002, Tzu Chi has conducted five free
clinics in Australia. Volunteer medical workers have traveled as far north as
Doomadgee, near the Tropic of Capricorn, and as far south as Tasmania, facing
Antarctica, to bring medical care to people in need of dental services.
