In the early morning in Bodhgaya, a Tibetan monk prostrates himself, hoping to
come closer to the essence of Buddhism. Bodhgaya is the spiritual home of all
Buddhists around the world. The dagobas [bell-shaped monuments designed as
shrines or reliquaries] built to commemorate the Buddha and the places he
visited are mostly located in Magadha. Hsuan Tsang traveled thousands of miles
and finally reached the end of his journey here.
