Sr. Chen Mei-hui, superintendent of St. Martin De Porres Hospital in Chiayi, and
two other sisters are welcomed at the opening of the Tzu Chi Dalin Hospital.
"I am very happy that such a large-scale hospital has come to Chiayi. This
will benefit the residents and improve the quality of medical care."
