Early in the morning in the Duzce refugee camp, a woman and her two children brush their teeth by temporary water pipes behind the tents. The refugees have to walk a long way to get to the washrooms and water pipes that they share with hundreds of others, but at least they finally have a place to shelter them from the elements.
